In a small bowl mix
1/2 c. vodka
2 tsp. crushed whole allspice
2 tsp. crushed cinnamon stick
10 crushed whole cloves
Cover with plastic wrap; let sit at room temp. for 8 hours
Strain vodka mixture; set aside
In bowl mix:
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. hot sauce (I use Frank’s)
4 crushed garlic cloves.
