Pare potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water about 10-15 minutes. Dip into melted fat then roll in dry bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes. Place in shallow pan. Bake in moderate oven 325 to 350 degrees until golden brown and tender about 45 minutes.
