My family apparently has a lot of cheese ball recipes. 1 stick butter 2 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 T. chopped onion 2 T. This sauce is a great substitute for your regular enchilada sauce. Especially good on chicken enchiladas.
