1/2 bushel apples chopped
3/4 c. molasses or more
salt
cinnamon
allspice
nutmeg and a little cloves
3/4 lb margarine
2 or 3 cups sugar white
3 pkg raisins
juice from meat and little water if needed.

1/2 c. minute rice. Cook as directed on package
1/4 c. raisins
4 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg on top
1/2 cup sugar
Set in water bath to bake. 350 until set.

1 c. oil
1 c. white sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 T. salt
4 T. yeast dissolved in 2/3 c. warm water
(use 1/2 pillsbury and add 1 c. more)
4 lbs occident flour
Let rise and punch down. Rise again and cut. Let rise. Fry in lard or oil.
