1 1/2 c. raw rice

Sounds odd, but it is actually really tasty.
1/4 c. low salt soy sauce
1/2 c. + 2 T. water
3 T. lime juice
2 tsp. sherry
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp. minced ginger
