6 2/3 c. powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 tsp. mint extracts
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Combine sugar, cream cheese extracts and your choice of food coloring. Beat until smooth.
Make shapes with a pastry bag. Allow to dry. Refrigerate until ready to use.

My family apparently has a lot of cheese ball recipes.
1 stick butter
2 8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. chopped onion
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 T. each pimento and green pepper
Mix together. Form into ball. Chill.
