Simple Salisbury Steak

- 1 can cr. of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
In bowl thoroughly mix 1/2 soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion. Shape firmly into six patties. In skillet over high heat, cook patties until browned. Remove from skillet. Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms; return patties to skillet. Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until done, turning patties occasionally. 6 servings.
