Pear-Gorgonzola Butter

Print ME! Print ME!

1/2 cup chopped canned pear halves, drained

1/2 cup (2 oz) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

1 T. 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened

1 loaf french bread baguette, cut into 12 pieces and toasted.

Combine all ingredients (except the bread) in a small bowl, mash with fork until well blended.  Serve with bread.

Yet another recipe that I double, triple, quadruple and it still disappears.  It does not sound good, but it is.  I like it on crackers.  Pepper water crackers.  mmmmm.
