Angel Icing

- 1 egg white
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 T light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 1 tsp frosting sugar
Beat egg white in small bowl about 2 mins. Boil sugar and corn syrup and water to hard ball stage or until it forms a thread when poured from spoon. Pour hot syrup slowly to beaten egg white while spudur (no idea. i am thinking add the syrup while you are beating or whisking.) Continue beating until mixture will hold peak when is raised. Add vanilla a few drops of lemon.

There is no mention of the cream of tartar, I am betting that gets added to the egg white before beating. There is also no mention of the frosting sugar, nor do I have ANY idea what frosting sugar is. And the lemon that is added at the end there? Not even mentioned in the list of ingredients.
