Escalloped Carrots

4 c. carrots sliced and cooked in salt water

1 can cream of celery soup

crushed croutons

1/2 cup grated cheese

1 small onion sauted in margarine.  Cook and drain carrots.  Put in casserole.  Top with soup, cheese and onions.  Croutons on top.  Bake 20 min at 350.

Grandma?  What the heck do you have against vegetables?  Must they all have cream soup and cheese on them?  What is wrong with plain old carrots without eight million grams of sodium and fat?  blech.
