Anita’s Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Print ME! Print ME!

5 lbs. potatoes (10 potatoes)

8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup half and half

1 stick oleo

1 tsp onion salt

1 tsp seasoning salt (savory salt)

1 tsp pepper

No directions from Grandma here, but if you have ever made mashed potatoes, I bet you can figure it out. These can go in the fridge for a couple of days and be reheated when you are ready for them. Add milk if they are too thick.

Apparently make ahead mashed potatoes are something that people are really looking for right now. Here is a better recipe than Grandma’s, that actually tells you what to do!   Lucille’s Party Potatoes.

Or you can try this one, it looks super yummy.  That Pioneer Woman knows how to cook.  And she loves her some butter.
