Tuna Casserole

2 7oz cans tuna, water packed
2 T. lemon juice
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 C cooked peas
4 T butter or margerine
2T flour
2 C milk
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1 C. buttered fresh wheat bread crumbs
Drain tuna, flake and add lemon juice. Add peas and eggs. Melt butter and add flour. Add milk and cheese and seasonings. Cook, stirring until thickened. Pour into a casserole and top with crumbs. Bake at 400 until brown, about 20 minutes.
