2 cups oats
1/2 c wheat germ
1/4 tsp salt
2 T. oi
1/2 c. honey
Total one cup of the following alone or mixed
chopped almonds
coconut
unsalted sunflower seeds
chopped dry apples, apricots, dates, or raisins
Put oats, wheat germ, and salt in bowl and stir. Add oil and honey. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake 30 mins 250 degrees.
Add other ingredients (except raisins-wait until after baking) Bake 15 mins more. Cool stirring once. Store in tight container.
Makes 4 cups. Easily doubled or halved.
